I offer confidential, non-judgemental counselling, face to face in person or via Skype, either relating to a particular issue or with a more open focus, to help you start to make changes. The first session is free. I know that what you might need varies: you may want to work for a fixed period or be willing to see how things develop, though in practice I think it’s helpful to have at least a couple of months to work on a problem.

I am experienced with clients who have different kinds of relationships to drugs, alcohol and sex and would be pleased to see you at whatever stage you find yourself.

I never discriminate on the basis of race, sexuality, gender or beliefs and you can expect to find a space here where your life choices can be treated with respect, listened to and thought about openly and creatively.
